At Finesse Catering, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of food safety and allergen management when preparing and serving food in your kitchen. We take every necessary step to avoid cross-contamination during food preparation and transport, using strict food safety procedures in our own kitchen. However, once the food is transported to and served in your kitchen, we cannot guarantee the same level of control over potential allergens.

Our Responsibilities:

We adhere to strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination within our prep kitchen, including cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment between handling different food items, and maintaining a dedicated space for allergen-free meals where possible.

We will provide clear ingredient and allergen information for all food items prepared, including those that are gluten-free or nut-free, so you can make informed decisions.

Cross-Contamination Risk: While we take the utmost care when transporting and handling food, we cannot control the environment in your kitchen. There is a risk of cross-contamination in your kitchen if allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee that traces of allergens will not come into contact with food during service. If you or your guests have severe allergies, please take extra care, as we are unable to control your kitchen environment.

If you have serious concerns, please let us know ahead of time so we can take extra precautions.
